Benjamin Roman Jr. Is a professional watercolorist and spoken word artist. He was born and raised in the Bronx and currently resides in South Orange New Jersey with his wife and two children. He is best known for his portraits, landscapes and abstracts and his works have been featured in the Hoboken Historical Museum, Hoboken City Hall and the William V. Musto Museum in Union City, New Jersey. His works can also be found in Venice Italy and Dominican Republic. He’s also self published art books as well as poetry books. In October of 2016 Ben was commissioned to paint distinguished homes for the Historical society house tour in South Orange. Ben also designs and paints custom murals for homeowners. His goal as an artist “ I just would like to tenderly and accurately touch and move the lives of others in a beautiful way.” - Ben
